The hotel is located a bit uphill. I went there from train station on feet, it's a bit tough. The hotel is equipped with many facilities for relaxing including table tennis, manga rooms, karaoke rooms. The onsen is very large and comfortable. The breakfast is in buffet format and the quality is expected.

The front desk staff’s hospitality was memorable, but unlike other hot spring hotels, you can’t use a different bath the next day, and the restaurant staff also seemed bothered, so it wasn’t very good. However, I have no idea whether it is really worth using at that price. It was nice that I had enough room to use the hot spring by myself.

Position is convenient for train and restaurants. Onsen area was fabulous alternating temperature between the 2 pools each day. All the personal care items you need. Microwave on each floor is handy. There was at least 1 english speaking staff on front counter at all times. Dinner a little expensive but food was nice.

Location is perfect being a few minutes walk to the train station, Yuzawa Kogen ski lifts, restaurants and shops. The food for breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent in quality and variety. We stayed 4 nights and was not bored of the spread.

Great staff - very helpful and always available. Room was nice, very 'showa' feel with Tatami mats and adornments. The Onsen bath, particularly the external new Sauna (from Estonia!) and Rotenburo, were quite pleasant. The buffet is designed for tour groups, but tasty selection! Would stay again if had chance b/c very close to everything and perfect facilities for skiing trip.

This resort was significant to how amazing our snowboarding vacation turned out. Breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious! It’s true they don’t change items but there were so many choices that it really wasn’t necessary. We looked forward to breakfast and dinners there the entire 4 night stay. We had the junior suite which has the stone tub as our bath and it was a dream come true. Japanese style futons were so comfortable even after a long day of snowboarding. I didn’t mind that we had to set it up ourselves, it was a fun experience. The ONLY/main issue I had was that their public bath started off amazing until I noticed the insane amount of heavy black mildew/mold all over the walls and ceilings, it was like a horror movie and I couldn’t unsee it. Please please get that cleaned/disinfected, it is such a health hazard. I wish to come back and enjoy the facility again!! The saving grace was that we had our private tub as an option. The town is quaint so not much to do, so it was great that they had a game room with arcade games and ping pong table, our kids loved closing the night out there. The value we got for the experience was great and we want to return and do it all again!

we ended up cancelling at last min, because my daughter got sick. so we paid the 100% of cancellation fee. and at the same time we shipped snowboard to the hotel from airport, we needed to recover, the hotel was absolutely no help. He keeps saying the service is only for staying customer only, there is nothing he can do, we will have to go pick it up. totally unreasonable. NEVER EVER STAY WITH THIS CHAIN OR DO ANY BUSINESS

施設の古さはありますが、掃除は行き届いているようで快適に過ごせました。 部屋、大浴場ともにアメニティがたくさんありどれを使うか迷うくらいでした。 使いませんでしたが、子ども用の館内着もロビーに用意されていて次の機会はお借りしようと思います。 1階の休憩スペースにはマンガがたくさんありうちの子はほとんどの時間そこで過ごしました。 夕食朝食もこの金額では考えられないくらい種類が豊富でお刺身やイクラが嬉しかったです。夕食にあった笹川流れのもずくがとても美味しかったのですが朝食にはなく悲しかったです(笑) スタッフの皆さんはとても親切でしたが、食事会場だけ人数が異常に多い気がします⋯食事取りに行く際ぶつからないように気を遣うくらいなので(理由がかるかもですが)配置を見直した方がいいかもしれません。 しかし総じてとても良い滞在ができました。ありがとうございました✨

施設はそれなりに経年劣化している部分はありますが、水回りにはちゃんと手を入れているし、掃除もきちんとしているのであまり古さは気になりませんでした。 朝晩のブュッフェ形式の食事はとても美味しくお刺身やイクラが沢山食べれて大満足でした。 お風呂はやや熱くとても良い温泉でした。GWでも料金がかなりリーズナブルだったのでとても満足しています。また利用したいと思いました。
