Great location. In the middle of theater district, shopping, restaurants and sites. Walking distance to Trafalgar Square, the eye, parliament, Westminster abbey and Big Ben. Would recommend this hotel if you want no frills and for sleeping a den a shower. Also very close to underground train

Environment and atmosphere was great, everything was very clean and the room used the space well. However lifts were constantly broken as well as escalators, but a member of staff did offer to take our bags which was very appreciated. When checking in and out staff were looking at us but didn’t want to help. Food and drinks were quite expensive so we didn’t try any. Overall happy with our stay and would come again.

Lovely hotel in great location for Theatres. Hotel is very modern and room was small but functional. We had basic room which was fine for a night or 2. Would not be suitable if you had mobility issues as you have to climb over one another to get into bed. Tea and coffee facilities are in rooms, hair dryer and lovely toiletries. Was beautifully clean. Hotel is a bit quirky but I would definitely stay here again

Hotel was well decorated and clean. Room was well furnished and also clean. Stayed 3 days, no hot water in the entire building at all the entire second day - staff very unhelpful, could not offer alternative place to shower, could not offer partial refund or other compensation. In addition, £38 for a double gin&tonic and a 330ml Kopparberg at the bar. The bar is very pretty but prices are insane, even for London.
