Title: One of the Most Disappointing Hotel Experiences – A Terrible Way to End Our Vacation
We chose Nesta Celia Da Nang Hotel for the final night of our vacation, hoping to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing hotel experiences of our trip.
The afternoon tea service was particularly unacceptable.
Within approximately 15 minutes of the service starting, most of the food was already gone. There was no proper replenishment, no clear explanation from the staff, and seemingly no effective management of the situation.
Whenever food was brought out, guests rushed to grab it before it disappeared. Instead of enjoying a relaxing afternoon tea, we felt as though we were competing with other guests just to get something to eat.
Even basic serving utensils were insufficient. There was only one pair of tongs, and there were not enough forks. Some guests ended up picking up food with their bare hands. This was extremely disappointing from both a hygiene and service perspective.
We were also disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom, where we noticed water stains and marks that made the overall condition feel poorly maintained.
What made the experience even worse was the lack of proper attention and communication from the staff. The entire service felt poorly organized and far below what we expected from a hotel.
We did not choose this hotel simply to have a place to sleep. We chose it specifically to enjoy
