Perfect place to stay when visiting this amazing city. Public parking just over the river (7mins walk). Great communications with the team there and everything was easy. The place was super clean and modern. Balcony was a good size for a glass of wine on before going out for dinner. I’ll be back again on my next visit. Highly recommended.

Comfortable stay, with spacious room and bathroom. Easy check in online and was very easy to find and access. Very close to centre and perfect for a short stay.

Excellent in every way. Brand new, modern, highest-quality everything. Convenient location and very helpful staff. Can’t wait to stay again!

Clean & modern. No hotel staff so everything is through WhatsApp. Two coffee pods in room but these were not replaced - I asked via WhatsApp and was told the coffee is welcome only but they would give us some more - we got back to our room & there was no coffee and no mugs either! Daily housekeeping but towels were not replaced - apparently changed every 3 days. An okay stay - if amenities are offered then I feel they should be daily things! Location quite central.

My wife and I had a great stay at Capuleti apartments. Iulia and Isabella were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and there is daily cleaning. The location is excellent. A window shade makes the room very dark. The bed was very comfortable (despite what another reviewer wrote). The rooms are in the 3rd floor and there is a small elevator. The WiFi in our room was weak but better if one went to the common room. Overall a great deal at a wonderful location. Would highly recommend.

Great location, easy walk to the arena and the main historic district. Easy access to the train and busses. The staff are helpful but not around much of the time. Communication through WhatsApp was efficient. The room was very comfortable and clean. This was a quality stay.

Location is very convenient. Kettle wasn’t working so we couldn’t make tea. Towels were not changed during our stay & not enough toilet tissues so we had to go & buy.

Room was nice and good size as was bathroom. There’s a communal area outside the rooms with a sink and microwave. There’s a/c is colder there. The room a/c was good but doesn’t go below 23. During a heatwave colder would have been better. Although it was comfortable enough. There’s a code for front door of building and a code for apartment front door and you use this code for room. You can get keys as well if you prefer. Going down is a bit tedious as u have to take a key from inside and unlock door to lift then put key back and close apartment door, then take lift down. Location is very good. We caught buses from door or walked. Went to Opera at Arena and walked back at midnight. Less than ten min I’d say. Staff were very nice and helpful. Overall a good stay.

We had the best stay..Our apartment was spotlessly clean, bed comfy, shower brilliant and it was very quiet. Although all communication was done via whats app, it was very informative and instructions extremely easy to follow. We walked everywhere as attractions were not far. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Excellent

Room was very clean. Very modern inside. The AC took a little while to cool the room but it was fine. Really loved our stay. Within walking distance of everything. You don’t need to uber or taxi anywhere. We walked to the arena, the square, and Juliet’s house.

Isabella is a great host, quick to respond and very helpful. Property located around a 5mins walk from Piazza Bra / Arena so you’re not far from the main area but not too near - perfect. Definitely stay here again.
