Nice rooms and pool. Food was okay. Friendly staff. View was great, however would not recommend this place to people that are not comfortable driving a scooter, as there are a lot of potholes and hills leading to the hotel and you cannot really access any places by foot.

Friendly helpful people, great view, lovely warm swimming pool and very clean room/bathroom. Breakfast was just an average. Pancakes were very disappointing, and the eggs were nothing special. Overall, great stay. We would happily stay here again, no question.

We stayed at NYUH Gading Hill for 2 nights and wish our stay was longer. Our room was clean, had the required essentials, shower worked well (good water pressure and temperature). We did note some ants in the bathroom on the last day, but this was quite common amongst several places we stayed in Bali so didn't think too much of it. The staff were friendly and food at the restaurant tasted good but smaller portions. The pool water was warm with nice jets and deep enough that you could actually swim. The highlight was the view (though there is some construction in the area). The hotel did not have organized taxi pick up from the port, but connected us with drivers to move around the island (it is quite pricey compared to main land Bali though!) or you can rent a scooter per day. Overall a comfortable stay and would recommend.

We got a nice welcome when arriving at Nyuh Grading hill , staff was always eager to help and was friendly. The owner is always fixing something and making sure his property is up to standards . He had a great smile and laugher . Our room was clean and spacious . Finally the pool also great and the view from the hotel is absoluty beautiful . We had a perfect stay . When we arrived the first thing we noticed was that the bedsheets were dirty. We asked the staff to chance them, which they did. Then we tried to shower but there were no running water, not in the shower or the sink. We asked the staff for help, they said to wait about 15 minutes for the water to come back again, 3 hours later there was still no water. Only later in the evening we were able to quickly wash ourselves with cold water before the water ran out again. Breakfast was very minimal. Overall the stay was very disappointing which made us cut the trip short and leave the island before planned.

Frukosten var inte mycket att ha, men det är ju en smaksak. Färskpressad apelsinjuice som smakade vattenskadad apelsinsaft. Också väldigt svårt med kommunikationen. Vi hade via whatsup innan ankomst frågat om det var ok att få in madrass i vårt rum då vi var 2 vuxna o en14-åring men när vi kom verkade ingen ha en aning om detta…. Det löste sej till slut men det blev en bökigt lösning o när vi var på plats. Inget förberett. Men prisvärt boende, lugnt o skönt o det låg bra till.

Nous n’avons séjourné au Nyuh Gading Hill que très brièvement, car nous sommes partis tôt le matin pour une sortie snorkeling, mais nous avons adoré l’endroit. Le cadre est superbe, avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Lembongan. La chambre donnant sur la piscine est très belle, d’une propreté irréprochable, et l’on s’y sent vraiment comme à la maison. Cerise sur le gâteau : le personnel est aux petits soins, de l’arrivée jusqu’au départ. Un lieu que nous aurions aimé pouvoir apprécier plus longtemps !
