Good location, staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a budget hotel, room is really small, only minimal amenities (soap bar and shampoo/shower gel), only one bath towel per guest and no hand towels, but staff gave me an extra one when I asked. Bed was comfortable. Surfaces in the room (floor and table) were dirty and sticky. Air conditioner worked super well, which was great as we're having a heat wave. There was a mini fridge in the room that worked super well to keep water very cold. We didn't have breakfast but it looked good, with fruits, cakes, breads, cold cuts and some hot items. I would recommend this hotel for a younger generation.

As áreas comuns como piscina, lounge, academia e cafeteria são bem cuidados, porém o atendimento da recepcionista foi ruim, nos tratou com indiferença como se estivéssemos nos hospedando de favor, a todo momento com desprezo, e ficou mais evidente depois que entrou outro casal que havia acabado de estacionar um veículo ( luxuoso) na vaga rotativa, o atendimento foi completamente diferente do nosso, houve pró-atividade, simpatia, e um certo cortejo por estarem se hospedando diretamente com o hotel, talvez se eu estivesse parado o carro na vaga rotativa invés de parado na rua lateral, e não chegado a pé depois de um dia exaustivo no parque aquático o atendimento da recepção seria melhor. O quarto estava bom , com excessão de um pouco de mofo atras das cortinas e o sensor de fu, maça estava quebrado . O café da manhã é bom. Portanto, não voltaria novamente, sempre ficamos em outro hotel na região, com o atendimento excelente, porém desta vez optamos pelo novo, e não foi lá a melhor experiência.

Segunda vez que me hospedei no hotel e reservei novamente o quarto superior família e ao entrar no mesmo apresentava um cheiro horrível de ovo podre/esgoto, então fui até a recepção informando sobre o cheiro e informaram que não tinha outro quarto disponível para troca, então falaram para eu ir até a salinha onde tem os itens de limpeza das camareiras para ver se eu achava algum spray para jogar no quarto, mas não encontrei, então me deram o spray de cheiro que fica na recepção e deu uma amenizada no cheiro do quarto. A pessoa da recepção disse que deixou um aviso para que no dia seguinte verificassem o problema, mas no dia seguinte até o final da manhã não tinham verificado porque ao entrar novamente no quarto estava novamente cheirando mal, então fui novamente a recepção para reclamar e informaram que solicitariam uma limpeza melhor no quarto, mas quando cheguei a noite o quarto continuava com cheiro horrível. O lençol de uma das camas tinha furo de cigarro, banheiro vazava água do box e tive que colocar toalhas no chão para conter a água, toalhas puidas e a água parecia oleosa.
