I booked this hotel last minute in the middle of the night and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for my stay. Unfortunately, I got sick during my trip and ended up spending most of my time in bed, but I felt completely at ease. Since I was traveling alone as a woman, safety was important to me, and I felt very secure here. The staff were warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I only had the chance to eat at the bistro once, but the food was delicious and the service was excellent.

It's not for long stays. Our room (305) had a leaking toilet which really gave off a bad smell. Very cramped a small toilet / shower. A lot of sounds made for an uneasy sleeping. Small room, for two people I will not recommend it.

When we arrived at the hotel around 9 p.m., we were told that there was no room available for us and that they had arranged a room at another hotel nearby. They claimed that the reason was that the air conditioning had broken down, but of course, we knew this was not true. To make matters worse, the hotel they sent us to was a place where we had previously experienced problems and where we absolutely did not want to stay. However, we had no choice but to go there. When we arrived, the reception was extremely busy, and we had to wait for about 40 minutes. Then they asked us how we would like to make the payment. We explained that we had already paid the hotel that had sent us there. The next morning, when we were checking out, a lady even ran after us and asked whether we had made the payment. Once again, we had to explain that the hotel that had sent us there was responsible for the payment. It was definitely a terrible experience. The whole situation was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially because we were informed about the room issue only when we arrived at the hotel.

Not for families. Only for solo travelers and couples. Tiny rooms. Washrooms have no privacy due to glass walls. Asked the staff to change our room as we were a family of 3, but they didn't do anything. The pub downstairs is noisy and there was no respect for quite time, as we could hear people shout and talk very late at night
