Just outstanding customer service from the moment that we walked in. The experience was extraordinary. Not platinum type lip service, just kind, empathetic and helpful people. From delivering us a toothbrush at one in the morning to extra snacks in the middle of the night, to allowing us a late checkout so that we could have an early lunch with our son before e left. Moreover, the restaurant breakfast was a five star experience from a food perspective. It wasn’t super fancy, but nice and comfortable. The food was off the charts. I was so blown away. I asked to meet the chef, John. We ended up engaged in a lovely conversation about food, and his commitment to delivering fresh savory unique meals at every level. We ended up being gifted with two tiny little cheesecakes, a perfect memory of our stay at the Livingston. Thanks again, Michael for accommodating us and to the night team for their kindness.

The hotel is recently refurbished. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The staff is unbelievably friendly…every person I talked to was happy to help or chat. I can’t say the last time that hotel staff made me feel this welcome and at home.

Breakfast and Dinner was fantastic. Compliments to the chef. Staff was very welcoming and helpful 🙂. Compliments to Sebastian for the excellent drinks. My favorite one was the Hibiscus, ( shout out to the inventor of this delicious drink) along with the cucumber one. Will definitely return.

2/10 Poor

My parents stayed at the hotel. They are both 80 and disabled. The hotel room was freezing and no staff person could turn off the air conditioning. They stayed the first night and no one was able to fix it. My parents left for several hours and came back and still the air conditioning was going at full blast and no one could turn it off. Eventually at 830 pm they switched rooms to a much smaller room. This was unacceptable and made their trip very difficult. I think a significant refund is appropriate.
