We stayed here a couple of months prior, and I was surprised to see the rooms/bathroom aging so quickly. The gap between the wall and the shower glass letting water through and leaving damage on the wall, discoloration in the shower tray, scratches on the furniture, etc. It is still a great hotel and overall clean and the staff are pleasant. The location is great for walking into town, but the first time we stayed I didn't notice the big power station right next door!! The balcony room became a lot less appealing when I saw it this time. I would stay here again because it is likely the newest hotel in the area, but the rate we paid on this trip (over $400 per night) was far too much for this property. Last time we stayed, the property didn't have water so we couldn't shower, do our teeth or anything on the morning of our departure. It would have been nice if they offered something when we returned this time around.
