What a hidden gem! I’ll admit we were a little skeptical when we saw how great all the reviews were, but this place totally deserves it! It’s nothing like those typical chain hotels, so don’t expect a big lobby with old carpets and a subpar breakfast buffet. This place is for people who want cleanliness and a place that thought of all the little things! First and foremost…SO CLEAN! The room smells nice when you enter. Beds are soft. A proper amount of towels (no calling down for extras). A nice modern tile shower with incredible water pressure. Outlets everywhere. Free WiFi. An ice house with (ice, obviously) with free bike rentals and a little closet with all the stuff you might need but forgot. What a great place!!

Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!

I have stayed at a half dozen places in Williamsburg and this is by far my favorite. The customer service is prompt and helpful the property is updated and lovely. It was comfy and a very cozy beautiful room. The only thing I wished for was access to coffee in the morning.

We had a nice stay. This property has been nicely renovated and is tucked away from the Colonial Williamsburg, but still close. Contact with the staff was done via text. They responded quickly to any questions. Big plus, they have electric car chargers, one for Tesla and one other.

I enjoyed a week here at Rochambeau Motel. It recently has been completely renovated and is a lovely peaceful place to stay. The manager and the owner made themselves available for anything I needed during my stay. Highly recommend!!

I almost don't want to hype this property too much and be a bit greedy and keep it to myself. Everything was clean and easy to check in and out. Highly recommend this property.
