Buzdolabı/soğutma dolabı çalışmıyor, bir sayfiye yerinde kabul edilebilir değil. Bir şey içecekseniz, resepsiyonu aramak zorundasınız, otel müşterileri için bir düzenleme yok. Personel çok iyi güleryüzlü yardımcı. Oda temizliği iyi, ama balkon çok tozlu sanırım temizlenmiyor. Kahvaltısı idare eder. Balkonda gece boyu ışık yanıyor, kapatmak mümkün değil balkon kapısında perde de olmadığından gece boyu odada karanlık sağlayamadık ve iyi uyuyamadık. Yine de Akçay'daki en iyi otel olabilir.
