We had such an amazing stay at Impiana Private Villas Ubud. We stayed here for our honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for a better place. Everything about the stay was great. The staff were one of the best parts. Everyone was so nice and helpful, and you could really tell they cared about the guests. Our villa was beautiful and very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were so thoughtful. They would leave little notes for us, which was such a nice personal touch and something we appreciated. The food was also really good. Breakfast was included and there was a lot of variety, and everything we tried was delicious. We actually looked forward to breakfast every morning. Overall, we absolutely loved our time here. It really felt like the perfect place for our honeymoon.

A Beautiful and Peaceful Retreat in Ubud Impiana Private Villas Ubud is a stunning, modern, and luxurious resort. Our villa with its private pool and breathtaking views was simply outstanding. The resort is incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place to escape the crowds and truly relax. What made our stay special was the personal atmosphere. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, and many knew us by name, making us feel welcome and well cared for. The main area for improvement is the food, especially breakfast, which did not match the resort’s high standard. Every morning, we found 3–6 empty buffet dishes that were not replenished promptly. Better restaurant management would make a real difference. We also booked through Expedia with a promised 20% discount on all food and drinks, but numerous exclusions significantly limited its value. We are unsure whether the misunderstanding originated with Expedia or the resort. Finally, signs around the property indicated that the resort was facing bankruptcy proceedings, which was concerning. Despite these issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The exceptional villa, beautiful surroundings, personal service, and peaceful atmosphere made this a wonderful place to unwind. With a few improvements, this resort could be truly exceptional.

We had an amazing stay at the Impiana Ubud. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staffs and refreshing welcome drink. Our villa was spacious and clean. We loved the pool and the outdoor shower. We absolutely loved the amenities especially the public pool with the stunning view of the river flowing through the valley. Thank you to all the staffs for making our stay memorible. We will definitely be back here again next time we visit Ubud.

The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely warm—nothing felt forced, just real, kind people who made you feel taken care of. One thing I really appreciated was how clean everything was. Like, spotless. You can tell they take pride in maintaining the property. The gym is on the smaller side, but it has all the essentials, so I was still able to get my workouts in without a problem.
