Good stay overall. No major faults or complaints. Staff were friendly on arrival, room was clean, beds comfy. Only fault was my Mum broke her toe as they hadn’t put the bed fully together and she hadn’t noticed until she tripped on it and her toe is now broke lol. But apart from that the stay was good.

Right on the quayside a few hundred yards from the millennium bridge with easy access to the bars and restaurants beside the river. Clean and comfortable and a great breakfast, and can't complain about the price.

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing with lots to choose from. Only downside was we couldn't park in the hotel car park as was full so ended up paying £24.50 for a car park overnight.

Car park was full, and had to park a 10 minute walk away, up a very steep hill. This hotel is absolutely not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, young children or anyone who doesn’t like hiking!
1-night trip

Had a good stay only problem we had was on the first night the lifts weren’t working and as I’m 75 and my niece had a bad back we had to walk up to the 4th floor. Next day only one of the lifts was working.

Great hotel, friendly team, epic stay!

The hotel is within walking distance of the Glasshouse, which was great for me.
1-night trip

2/10

Deplorable, had to park away from hotel as did elderly people, roughly a third of a mile uphill, staffs hands are tied so not their fault but is management who are at fault. App was hopeless at parking machine, wouldn’t take card so had to drive to find a cashing machine for change then but something I didn’t want just to have change. Management obviously had their heads up their arses as its appalling service. If you have 60 rooms have 60 spaces then put another 10% on just in case. An absolute joke

Decent hotel, very clean. Lovely staff. Short walk to main mewcastle. Only issue was room key not working when my bf tried to get into room snd i was asleep when he went down to get a replacement he was met by a rude person on the desk. Rest off the staff were dead canny.
