David at the front desk was enormously helpful. He arranged for multiple taxis (and was able to direct a taxi to my location when I got lost!) He's very knowledgeable about the area and clearly wanted to help us explore and enjoy Oursense as much as we possibly could while we were there.

O hotel está muito obsoleto. O alarme de incêndio dispara constantemente, tendo-nos acordado várias vezes ao longo da noite. Os quartos estão muito degradados por dentro, com muitos danos nos materiais. As únicas obras de remodelação que fizeram foi nas casas de banho e esqueceram-se dos tetos. Obviamente as fotografias não mostram as coisas como elas são na realidade. O quarto onde ficámos tinha: um claro problema de luminosidade, andava-se às escuras lá dentro; os aglomerados (moveis e portas) estão-se a desfazer devido às águas, quer dos banhos quer da fuga do frigorífico velho; as paredes todas riscadas e danificadas; as cadeiras de escritório (nem se percebe) todas rotas; os lençóis curtos para a cama; Imensa sujidade acumulada ao longo do tempo em respiradores e cantos do quarto. A única coisa boa é que tinham atoalhados novos/recentes. O pequeno-almoço é muito fraco e tudo de pacote. No corredor do piso até ao quarto anda-se às escuras durante imenso tempo até os sensores finalmente funcionarem. Sente-se claramente que as 4 estrelas são uma miragem. Outras soluções na cidade apresentam melhor qualidade/preço.
