Not a bad property, just well used, and a little more expensive than it should be.

2/10 Poor

Horrible customer service and dirty room (beds unmade/previously slept in, dog hair in the sheets, piss/crap stains on sheets and actual mattress, shower drain clogged, mold, roaches, and bed bugs). I don’t think I’ve ever walked into a dirtier hotel and honestly would not recommend that place to anyone.

2/10 Poor

Stains on seat of chairs, stains on sheets, holes on comforter. Found a sock in corner of room.
Verified review

2/10 Poor

First room the rug was wet from the ac leak, second room had roaches and scorpions on the bathroom floor, alive. Rooms smell like smoke. Definitely has gone downhill.
Verified review

2/10 Poor

No hot water unless you ran it for 10 minutes straight.
Verified review

2/10 Poor

Clothing and old food was left in our room. TV would not turn on. Unknown substance on the carpet. We were offered the room next door. It also had left over takeout Mexican food in the little fridge, but we did not mention it because we didn’t want to move again.

Upset

Got locked in bathroom because doorknob wasn’t working, moved to a different room and that room didn’t have a fridge or trashcans and bathroom door was broken like someone was punching it. Moved bed to plug in my phone and there was trash behind the bed.
