The rooms are self-serviced and come with everything you might need. Very clean and comfortable but tight. We only stayed one night as our flight was the following day however we wish we could have explored the neighbourhood.

Love this concept of apartments room/mini studio on accessible area. Very private and comfortable. Alvalade is a very nice neighborhood for tourist visitors. City transportation accessible at your front door as well walkable restaurants and many amenities around. Lovable options to feel this beautiful city.

The cleaning staff were lovely and did a great job. The apartment was very clean and had more than everything that was necessary. If the strike hadn't gone ahead I would not have spent my extra 2 days in the apartment but it did and I'm quite happy to return again to the same apartments. Barbara

The Numa online help is the worst!! I was on chat for over 2 hours seeking help and I never got adequate help. It’s was so frustrating. I got passed to other staff, then had to start explaining all over again and then the help sometimes went dormant. The building is hard the find even to the taxi driver, doesn’t look good from the outside, but ok inside. The beds are too low and very hard, unit was clean, bath towels are hard and thin. AC units were hard to operate due to limited instructions. One room was hot and our other room was freezer and the ac wouldn’t shut off. This is fine for college students up to 30’s. Not middle aged adults. I booked 2 rooms and they were in different floors. Most places have rooms at least on the same floor if not side-by-side. Rooms don’t all look as good as the picture. I will not turn.

I would say the advertised pictures of the room were very deceiving. Very small and cramped. Sealed and frosted windows and no way of getting fresh air. Bed was poor and mattress sank towards the middle. Very uncomfortable. Airtight room. Some weird platform setup around the bed that made getting in and out of it very difficult. Hallway and elevator grubby with a slight odor of methane gas. For the price paid it was definitely a fail. I don't think you should advertise this place on your site without a eyes on visit to it first.

Foi uma ótima saída para descansar na madrugada, já que chegamos no aeroporto de Lisboa perto da meia noite e nosso voo seria no dia seguinte de manhã, o lugar é pertinho do aeroporto, e foi perfeito para tomar um banho e dormir por algumas horas de forma bem confortável.

Adoramos o local! É longe da área turística, mas é NA PORTA do metrô, literalmente. Estávamos muito bem servidos de transporte público! Eles são muito atenciosos! Como a avenida pode ter alguns ruídos, eles deixaram até tampão de ouvido disponível para nós (não precisamos usar). É bem simples fazer o checkin e acessar o prédio. O projeto de apartamento é bem lindo, muito bem decorado!! Parabéns. Achei um pouco pequeno para duas pessoas e senti falta de um local adequado para trabalhar (uma dica seria fazer uma mesa deslizante próximo aos degraus do quarto). Outra dica é instalar um porta shampoo dentro do box (não deixaria de ficar aqui por causa disso! Mas seria muito conveniente ter um local para apoiar nossos produtos de banho). A cama é tamanho Queen e é muito confortável! A roupa de cama é de boa qualidade e muito confortável também. O sabonete de lavar as mãos é muito cheiroso! Vale super a pena! Uber/taxi/carro para na porta e o prédio conta com elevador! Tem ÓTIMOS restaurantes no entorno, que é muito seguro! Reservem e sejam felizes!

Acomodação pequena, porém limpa e muito nova. Equipamentos novos e ótimo estado de conservação. Único problema que tive foi em relação ao PIN recebido para entrar no prédio, que não funcionou. Houveram algumas tentativas até conseguir contato, mas após resolução não tive nenhum contratempo em minha estadia.
