Nice place. Reasonably priced.

Old hotel with an old renovation. Was clean but overpriced for what it is

Older small town hotel

A very nice, older small town hotel above a local pub. Wonderful and friendly staff who were very helpful. The hotel has some history behind it and we enjoyed being a part of a piece of history.

Friendly staff. I thought the building was a little down trodden, it made me worry about my room. Was i ever suppr8sed to see my beautiful, modern and clean room. We had a great stay in our family room. It was quiet and lovely.
Ryan, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The room was quite basic, but the owner was such a lovely lady. She was really kind and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. Don’t expect too much luxury, but if you’re on a budget it’s an amazing choice
Andy, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Its an old hotel, it is cash only, but it is close and convient to the start of Sin 7 and walkable feom the finish so that was a win.
Arwen, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Ok hotel for price, friendly staff , ok location, older hotel, but to be expected for Price
Donald, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Rooms were nice and big. But overall outdated and no television, no fridge and microwave and limited parking
normand, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Older but good price

It’s very dated as expected from the outside but it felt clean, The bed wasn’t very sturdy so moved a lot making for a restless night. The price was good for the area though. We are at The Pass brewery which was a quick drive and that was a great spot.

2/10 Poor

Absolutely filthy room, had not been cleaned, I needed to buy disinfectant wipes to wipe down bathroom surfaces. food was left in mini fridge from previous guest. Could not open window to bring in fresh air, air freshener was overwhelming, restaurant was closed with no idea when they were reopening! I had stayed here last year with a much better experience. I honestly have to say this was the worst place I have ever stayed.
David, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

OK hotel, considering the price this is what you can get
Jogchum, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Traveled down for work. Beds were comfy, rooms clean, front desk attendant was friendly. Rates pretty decent
Jason, 5-night trip

6/10 Good

Property was dated, but clean. Cheap option to just sleep. 120 year old building, would be what you think it should be. Nothing fancy but was effective for what we needed.
Jeffrey, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great Old Historic Hotel! Updated to be a great modern hotel. Refurbished and very comfortable. Everything works as it should.
David, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The whole experience was very nice
Shane, 4-night trip

4/10 Fair

Property very old, tavern accepted cash only, ATM machine out of order, restaurant closed, TV was not connected in room so we requested another one, cable had been disconnected, train goes by 2-3 times a night, towels were a dark colour, prefer white, not comparable to other hotels we have stayed at for same price.... Room was clean, Shower had great water pressure, bed was old but fairly comfortable, lady at check in was very pleasant
Marilyn, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

No matter the price, I still expect a clean room and soap. Not the case here.
Dave, 1-night trip
