The daily breakfast was amazing and the staff friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel with excellent facilities and dining. Our room was very nice and well maintained. The only downside was the noise at night due to where our room was overlooking a busy square and street. But the hotel is in a great location and very convenient for walking around Madrid. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

The staff were very helpful and kind! The breakfast provided at the hotel was excellent - I would stay at the hotel again just for the breakfast. The only issue I had was with the air conditioning. It would shut off at random times and we had to get it up to turn it back on. At times it felt like the room was taking SO LONG to cool.

All around nice hotel: conveniently located adjoining a small park, a metro s station, & lots of restaurants. The property was clean, the staff friendly, helpful, & accommodating. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Also had a nice, shaded courtyard.

The room was clean modern and cool at all times. But the real tour de force was the most excellent breakfast buffet. Very complete and very delicious and extremely impressive with many healthy options. I will definitely come back

Great location the only problem would be the parking very far or you have a rental car.

Petit Palace was a WONDERFUL place to stay. Central location on a lovely square, yet still a quiet place to sleep. Easy to walk to the main attractions and also close to a metro stop. The breakfast spread was a great way to start the day with a delicious variety of food. Friendly staff, well kept and clean rooms. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Madrid.

8/10 Very good

Room was great and clean, breakfast at the hotel was very good and the staff was very friendly/helpful. Only thing to complain about was bad craftsmanship of the bathroom in our room. Door didn't close fully, things where loose like the rainfall shower and sink faucet. Grouting around the bathroom wasn't very professionally done.
