At first I could not find the entrance, I went into the bar and enquired. I was told that you check in at the bar. We were also not permitted to check in early.
When we returned at 14:00 we had to take my kids and luggage into the bar to which we got some strange looks. We had to fill out the paperwork at the bar. A lady then came and showed us to the apartment. There is another entry which you use so you don’t have to go though the bar which was great, this is where check-in should be.
We were showed around our apartment which was quite newly renovated. I asked about what time the music would stop, the lady was about unsure and indicated around 1am.
Also there are only around 4 car bays so we had to park on the street which proved difficult in the evening. Later that evening, we could not use the lights in the rooms as the remotes for the fans would turn multiple rooms on and another room off, so we found ourselves using the bedside lamps.
I woke up at 3am and the music was still playing.
Shortly after I head some noise but tryed to sleep through it however my wife woke me up, there was a huge fight on the street below outside the pub, there were police on site too.
The guest in the room next to us had come onto our side of the balcony, right outside my Childers room and he was either encoraging the fight to continue or giving some some comments. The people down on the street were then trying to break in thought the front doors of the hotel.
