Hotel was a solid average. The outside facility is in great shape, but the room I got was far from ideal. Leaking toilet and sink, AC not functional when we arrived, towels were always stained, had to buy my own toiletries because the ones provided by the hotel were not enough. Breakfast was good, had several options. But you have to stress-plan and time your arrival before it actually starts. There are not a lot of tables and if you have plans for the morning and wait until 7 am to go and eat, you'll not have tables available and will have to eat either standing up or at the chairs on the pool, as they don't allow people to eat in their rooms. Although we had good service, I believe I would not return to this hotel, neither would recommend it due to the price we paid for the overall infrastructure of the facility.

O Hotel Dunas Recife oferece um bom custo-benefício. O quarto estava limpo, organizado e confortável, e o café da manhã tinha boa variedade. O grande destaque são as piscinas, principalmente a aquecida, que funciona até as 22h e é um excelente diferencial para aproveitar a noite. Por outro lado, o check-in poderia ser melhor. Apenas nos entregaram um papel com as regras do hotel, sem explicar como funcionam as áreas e os serviços. Nesse mesmo documento constava que não é permitido entrar com alimentos e bebidas adquiridos fora do hotel, regra que achei um ponto negativo e que poderia ser informada com mais transparência antes da reserva. Outro aspecto é que há apenas um elevador para toda a propriedade, o que faz com que, em horários de maior movimento, a espera seja um pouco demorada. No geral, foi uma boa estadia e eu me hospedaria novamente.

O hotel possui ótima localização, há 5 min da de caminhada para a praia, com muitos restaurantes na proximidade. A arquitetura e paisagismo do hotel é bastante agradável. Os quartos são simples, com o básico necessário, como ar condicionado, frigobar e secador de cabelo. O restaurante possui bom café da manhã e opções de almoço, jantar e lanches com preços justos. O hotel em si é muito bom , funcionários muito prestativos e atenciosos , em destaque o Sr Davi que nos recebia sempre com um bom dia contagiante. Senti falta de tomadas em todo o hotel , nos quartos as tomadas ficavam atrás das camas , aí era um arrasta pra cá e arrasta pra lá horrível, como também nas dependência das áreas comum. Outro ponto é a falta de guarda sol nas mesas e nas preguiçadeiras, existe poucos espaços de sombra onde são disputados quase a tapas pelos hóspedes.

Hotel com boa localização em Ponta Negra. Funcionários cordiais e preparados. Boa estrutura do hotel, principalmente a área comum. Quartos com bom tamanho e varanda. Banheiro com espaço suficiente. Café da manhã saboroso e com boa variedade de alimentos. Dependendo do horário, seria bom a área de café da manhã ter alguns ombrelones, pois o sol castiga uma parte da área. Outra coisa que precisa de atenção é quanto ao número de funcionários na recepção e na arrumação dos quartos. Pelo que vi, faltam pessoas. Tanto o check out quanto o check in parecem um pouco caóticos. Mas, não é a primeira vez que fico no hotel e não será a última. O hotel possui um ótimo custo-benefício.
