No-one at reception - room mentioned fan included there was no fan tried looking for member of staff to help no-one was there, rang the numbers given to be told they couldn't help. Overall tho the rooms were brilliant and spacious. Couldn't fault the rooms. Check in was easy and codes were sent to me with room number to access the building

Room was dirty, had to clean one of the walls as there was something on it. Floor was really dirty also. There was a chip on the corner rug. Place is really noisey and there were altercations both nights I stayed where the police were called and came both times so was hard to sleep with all the commotion going on. Lots of people hanging around the entrance also which made it intimidating to get into the property.

Room didnt come with fan like it says in description, stayed previously in non deluxe room and windows opened however in deluxe rooms windows are unopenable. Walls are paper thin and room next to us on the 2nd night where blasting music very loud until 2am

It took forever to get help with the check in and they asked me irrelevant questions. There was so much noise my second night! First, fire alarms kept going off then people. Didn’t sleep at all. Shower was dodgy. Water dripping all night. Dirty marks and hairs on the bathroom wall.

The property listing is a complete fabrication. I have never arrived to a property and experienced a check in or foyer up to the room like this. Everything was out of order, including the lift. There were no signs on where to go and the property was not even named the same as what I booked. The bedding was clean, however the rest of the property wasn’t. The bin was half full, hairs on the floor and other sticky substances. The shower didn’t have any amenities as described on booking and also struggled to maintain a constant temperature. However the biggest negative of this property is the cliental it hosts, throughout the whole night, people were coming and going, smashing through doors, turning on lights in the hallways and shouting until 4am in the morning, which meant I had about 2 hours sleep. The properly felt dangerous and not secure. If I were a female travelling alone I would not feel safe. I would avoid this properly at all costs.

On arrival to the hotel after 20:00hrs, I realised that they only provided me with an access code for entering the building and the room number. I made several calls of which I was asked for the ID number which Hotel.com never provided. I couldn’t find hotel.com number therefore created extreme anxiety. It was getting late and I was terrified and exhausted. No help. Eventually I got the ID and still wasn’t provided with the code. 22:30 hrs or after, I was told they couldn’t help and Left homeless. They said they will start a claim to get a refund and expected me to find my own way. I was extremely disappointed.

The hotel was still being built on arrival. I had not been sent any instructions on how to access the building so could not get in for the first hour. When I left my room during the afternoon and returned, workers from the hotel were in my room removing a fridge. They accepted they should have checked with me first but this meant I left the hotel a night early as I did not feel safe in my room.
