No-one at reception - room mentioned fan included there was no fan tried looking for member of staff to help no-one was there, rang the numbers given to be told they couldn't help. Overall tho the rooms were brilliant and spacious. Couldn't fault the rooms. Check in was easy and codes were sent to me with room number to access the building

Room didnt come with fan like it says in description, stayed previously in non deluxe room and windows opened however in deluxe rooms windows are unopenable. Walls are paper thin and room next to us on the 2nd night where blasting music very loud until 2am

It took forever to get help with the check in and they asked me irrelevant questions. There was so much noise my second night! First, fire alarms kept going off then people. Didn’t sleep at all. Shower was dodgy. Water dripping all night. Dirty marks and hairs on the bathroom wall.

They answer the phone but not willing to help you! They ask you silly questions instead of answering. Extremely frustrating! Bedroom door was dodgy. Locked me out a few times

The hotel was still being built on arrival. I had not been sent any instructions on how to access the building so could not get in for the first hour. When I left my room during the afternoon and returned, workers from the hotel were in my room removing a fridge. They accepted they should have checked with me first but this meant I left the hotel a night early as I did not feel safe in my room.
