Room was really clean and beds were great. Good ac. Main problem was you couldn't open the blinds so it was just constantly dark.

Haviam mosquitos dentro do quarto e nem tínhamos aberto as janelas. O ar condicionado não funcionou, passamos uma noite em claro por conta do calor e estava em pleno verão com temperatura acima de 30°. Solicitei troca de quarto e o funcionário me disse que não havia disponibilidade e que me daria um reembolso pelo transtorno. Mas, até agora não obtive nenhuma informação quanto a isso. Além de ficar distante dos pontos turísticos de Salamanca. Não recomendo essa hospedagem a ninguém.

Péssima experiência. Estávamos em família com 2 crianças de 7 e 2 anos de idade. O elevador estava quebrado. Tivemos que subir as escadas com malas. O ar condicionado nao funcionava. Passamos a noite no quarto totalmente abafado. As 02:30 da manhã começou um barulho no corredor da hospedagem (pois isso nao pode ser considerado um hotel). Levantei para ver e eram varios jovens que deveriam ter chegado de alguma festa e estavam a se divertir no corredor. Sinceramente, não recomendo.

Problème avec le système d'ouverture de portes à distance via le téléphone ! Climatisation hors service en pleine canicule ! C'était horrible !! Et les solutions proposées étaient inappropriées et inefficaces. Même un simple changement de chambre ne m’a pas été proposé !
