It was the best experience staying in this hotel . Everything was perfect the Staff . Our Host Mike was amazing he made sure we had anything we needed taking care of . The food was high quality cooked to perfection and plated beautifully not to mention the attention of the waiters. The administrator was awesome he had high knowledge of history and his attention to detail was great. The hotel is set on the edge of a volcano with large wall windows that looked inside the volcano laying in your bed and on the other side with an extraordinary city view. We could see the sunrise on one side and the sundown on the other. I strongly recommend this hotel 100%. I will definitely stay here again. I did not meet the owners but my congregation on the super well staff he has and the administrator.

This is a wonderful location for peace and also ease of accessibility to Quito. Scenery is breathtaking. Food and service at restaurant are excellent. The rooms are clean, spacious and have wonderful views both of the city and the volcano crater. The staff could not be more helpful and polite. I cannot wait to visit again. Room was nice and large, Food was good, views were great, The hot tub is not really set up for guest use, it is a spa amenity that is an additional fee and has to be reserved in advance so they can heat it up. Overall I expected a more luxury experience for the price I paid and I felt somewhat underwhelmed by my stay.
