Advertised as 2 bedroom 4 bed apartment - one bedroom had a double bed - no room to walk around bed as bed took the whole room, second bedroom was a kids box room with one single bed - double couch in kitchen - you could brush your teeth whilst sitting on the toilet!

False advertising - avoid this rental

Completely false advertising. The apartment was not shown in any of the 72 pictures. It was NOT located in old town and the address was just a meeting point where we met someone who walked us out of old town to a different location. It smelled badly of cigarettes and was extremely old.

Quiet apartment close to Split Centre

Despite arriving very late evening I was met by Mrs Vedrana who took time to show me round and also point out some things worth seeing on the map. Her advice to take the number 12 bus around the Marjan hill to Bene was a good tip and led to an enjoyable excursion. Apartment is quite basic, but as I spent most of my time in Split this was fine. Restaurant and tourist attractions were only a few minutes walk away.There is a small and cheap supermarket round the corner to supply anything else you need.

Sijainniltaan kÀtevÀ huoneisto. Siistit ja tilavat huoneet sekÀ hyvin varusteltu pikkukeittiö ja ruokailutila. Huoneistot ovat tietysti tÀllÀ vuoraajalla kaikki hieman erilaisia. Ilmastointi oli tehokas, mikÀ tuntui +30 -lÀmpöasteilla luksukselle. EmÀntÀ Verdana oli superystÀvÀllinen ja antoi heti alussa kaupungin kartan ja vinkkejÀ kÀytÀnnön asioihin ja lomailuun. Jo ennen matkaa he tarjosivat kuljetusta (30 e) lentokenttÀkuljetuksiin, mikÀ nÀin lapsiperheille oli tosi kÀtevÀÀ. Kaiken kaikkiaan suosittelemme lÀpimÀsti kyseistÀ majoitusta. Ainoa pieni miinus oli kadulta kantautuvat ÀÀnet ilta- ja yöaikaan. TÀmÀ on kuitenkin varsin ymmÀrrettÀvÀÀ, ottaen huomioon sijainnin.

4 dagar i Split

Den största bristen med detta boende Àr att det inte Àr belÀget dÀr de uppger att det ligger pÄ kartan. Det ligger knappt 5 minuter norrut i ett omrÄde som kÀnns lite sunkigare. LÀgenheten i sig Àr det inget större fel pÄ. Det kan lukta lite fukt i skÄpen och trapphuset men annars Àr det en modernt inredd lÀgenhet med kök och skön sÀng. Vissa spÄr av tidigare boende fanns dock kvar.

Wife's birthday trip

Apartment is in a central location, 5 min walk from Diocletians and the waterfront area. Host provided a map of the location and took the time to give some tips about the area. Don't be intimidated by the graffiti on the building. This area is beyond safe and a great way to explore the area as a local for a cheaper price. Highly recommend.

Had my purse stolen from their left luggage area.

I left my luggage in their closet for the day while we explored Split, and had a Christian Dior purse stolen from it. Hotel claims there is nothing they can do. Beware.

Muy bien. El departamento que nos dieron no estaba exactamente en la calle que habĂ­amos reservado, nos dieron uno unas cuadras mas lejos, pero la zona era linda y alejada del ruido. El departamento era muy cĂłmodo y bien equipado.

Först och frÀmst, hotellet eller lÀgenheten Àr inte pÄ den adress som utlovas. Adressen Àr en mötesplats som verkar ha placerats ut mitt i stan för att locka till sig fler gÀster. Vi fick dÀrifrÄn vandra ca 500m bort utanför den gamla stans omrÄde. LÀgenheten vi fick var i ett hemskt omrÄde. Runt omkring samt i porten till lÀgenheten fanns det en hel del nazistiska mÀrken och hakkors klottrade! Detta skrÀmde oss verkligen och vi ville absolut inte bo kvar! Som tur var sÄ blev vi kontaktade av en som sköter Rodrigo apartments som tog oss till ett annat boende. Det nya boendet lÄg i stan nÀra vattnet. LÀgenheten var mindre till yta och sliten men omrÄdet var mycket trevligare. För att vi fick detta nya boende ger jag betyget 2/5 annars hade det blivit en sjÀlvklar 1/5!
