My stay at this property was truly delightful. The room was extremely clean and tidy, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. The location is very central and easily accessible. The staff were friendly and hospitable, always ready to help with anything I needed. The amenities offered at the property exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend it for both business and leisure stays.

All the team members were very friendly. When we arrived at the hotel, they offered us coffee because we were tired. The rooms were clean, high-speed Wi-Fi was available, and there was an open parking area. The hotel was close to every part of the city. Thank you for everything.

I chose Viv City Hotel for my visit to the Istanbul Expo Center. It takes only 12 minutes by car, and the rooms feature Smart TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi. The cleanliness is excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful in every way. I arrived at Istanbul Airport and reached the hotel in 20 minutes by taking the Havaist shuttle to Yenibosna Kuleli. Thank you for everything.

I was a little scared at first but im so glad i stayed here! The staff was so so so so kind, and spoke english well. I was a bit early and they allowed me to a room before check-in (i was super tired from a flight so this meant so much to me). I reccomend for female solo travelers like myself!

I booked and paid for a 40 m² family room with two beds but was given a smaller room with one bed and a broken sofa. The shower head was also broken and could not be fixed. Management was unhelpful and gave me the wrong room – for this, only 1 star. Staff were mostly friendly, but they forgot my wake-up call, so I give them only 4 stars.

Oda temizliği iyiydi. Çarşaflar jakuzi vs. de gayet iyi durumdaydı. Özellikle resepsiyondaki hanımefendi çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Kendisini çok sevdik. Konum pek merkezi değil ama ulaşım olarak gayet iyiydi. Otelin hemen önünde otobüs durağı var ve bir sürü otobüs geçiyor. Azıcık yürüyünce de metroya ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Çevrede alışveriş yapılabilecek bir sürü market ve yemek işletmesi var. Yürüme mesafesinde de bir alışveriş merkezi mevcut.İstanbul gibi bir yerde kalınabilecek fiyat-performans ve temiz en iyi yerlerden biri bence. Tekrar gelirsem yine konaklamak isterim.
