The room was great, well presented and comfortable. The sheets were clean but didnt quite fit. The mattress protectors could have done with replacing. There's an Indian restaurant on site - we didnt eat there due to prior arrangements but it smelt great. We would stay again

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I arrived a few hours before check in and I was allowed to go up to my room early which was nice as it meant I didn’t have to carry my heavy bag around I ate out but there is a lovely Indian restaurant on site for those that wanted to eat in Bed was a little on the hard side for me but I still slept okay…and the bath was the best part of the whole room specially after a long day of hiking

I was greeted by a lovely, friendly and helpful person who began my stay brilliantly. High Tor hotel is kept as clean as it can be and everything worked in my room. The shower was powerful and hot - a welcome relief at the end of a day spent walking and exploring, and the bed linen was spotless.
