Clean and comfortable hotel with good room amenities. The room had 3 different size pillows available. The room even have an international adapter for guests to use. Reception staff Linh (a lady, didn’t get her proper name) was very friendly and helpful. Other staffs were also very polite. Breakfast variety was good. Location of hotel is convenient. Had a wonderful stay!

Got downgraded to superior double room without notice. Category of rooms very confusing and I only found out that we were downgraded after the 1st night. They did not even offer an upgrade. Double charge me for chip. Ate one but got charged for 2. Staff are not friendly No Netflix app The ventilation of room is bad Toilet too small and the shower curtain is too short and water keep splashing out to toilet floor Sound proofing of room is bad. No Netflix app avail Unlike other hotel Air con ventilation is really bad. Just above the bed. Shower is a joke. Screen curtain is so short the water will splash to the floor Provide an espresso machine but chargeable. Seriously ridiculous.
