The location of the hotel is excellent. Unfortunately, getting to the hotel was a bit of a chore due to very narrow streets cars, squeezing through alleyways and taxis, unable to get to the hotel because of this. Breakfast is included, but very limited in selection, and unfortunately, sometimes the quality of the food was less to be desired. Overall, it is still one of the better hotels to stay in when visiting to Cefalù.

Stay anywhere else

The noise in this hotel is unbearable and unfortunately overshadowed everything else. By 1.30am I had tried everything and asked reception about when the noise would stop & was told "no longer than another hour". Completely unacceptable. If you have a rooftop terrace, then after midnight ensure your patrons & staff taking girls up use the elevator and not the stairs past rooms where people are sleeping. It also sounded like furniture being dragged going on in the room mine above until 3am. I asked the booking agent to speak to the hotel about refunding my second night but they refused then hung up on her! I left anyway and the receptionist tried to blame the music from the pub on the the parallel street...sorry but no. Can 100% recommend Pepito Palace the next street over though, amazingly comfortable bed & pillows, and QUIET! If you want your terrace to be a disco,at least mention this on your site so people can make a choice not to book with you.

Beach holiday in Cefalu

The Hotel is very well placed in a quiet side street 5 mins walk from the town beach and close to the Duomo. The Hotel is traditional. The room was clean with good air con. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was OK but could have had a bit more choice and better stocked.
