Beautiful property and rooms. Great location! Room heating and restaurant services by staff could be improved compared to other ITC properties in India . Staff helpful and responsive

8/10 Very good

The rooms are a bit older style but clean. Staff is friendly and there is safe parking. There is really no other decent hotel on Prayagraj so one has no choice.

Had a great time staying at the hotel. Everything was good except the food service was extremely slow and can be improved.

We had a great 3 night stay at Welcomhotel by ITC Prayagraj! The rooms were spacious and comfy. The food at restaurants onsite, including the brunch, was excellent. One thing they should improve on is the service at the restaurant - it was very slow. Probably they need more chefs. We will come back again and highly recommend this centrally-located hotel.
