Have never stayed here but I'm glad I did. The staff/front desk was wonderful, helpful and nice. Breakfast was included which was a big plus. The room was very nice, comfortable, big bed, and spacious. Close.to el Centro, within walking distance, restaurants, shops, plazas, church's... May very well stay here again.

Great location. Right in the downtown area. Hotel was safe. There's a desk person all day every day and at night you need to buzz the ringer to get let in. It gave a wonderful feeling of safety. The rooms got cleaned every day. I only wished it had A/C since I'm from the Midwest. I'm not fond of the warm weather without A/C to sleep. Besides that everything was wonderful.

El hotel en general estaba bastante bien, muy limpio, cómodo y el personal siempre fue amable. El desayuno incluido bastante rico y con buenas porciones no te quedas con hambre. El único detalle que no termino de convencerme es que dice que las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y cuando llegamos a la habitación resulta que no tiene y solo había un ventilador de piso, fuera de eso todo muy bien.

La habitación en general estaba limpia, sin embargo encontré varios pelos largos en varios sitios de la habitación ( Cama, piso y lavamanos) . La cama cómoda El personal siempre fue amable. Sin embargo el tema del estacionamiento si es un problema. El estacionamiento con el que tienen convenio está a 4 cuadras del hotel. Esto es algo realmente incómodo y más si piensas llegar n la noche ya que está en el centro de la ciudad y no se ve una zona segura ya que no hay gente en las calles y están obscuras.

Importante. Las habitaciones NO tienen ventanas. Aunque hay huecos y la puerta con vidrios opacos. El baño y la ducha No tienen ventilación, con lo que humedad se queda en el cuarto. Las puertas del baño son de vidrio opaco, por lo que puedes sentirte incómodo. El desayuno muy bien, salvo que la frui estaba muy antigua o no había. NO TE QUEDES en as habitaciones junto al ascensor. Muy encerradas y mal internet. Pro: Muy cerca del centro y todo es nuevo, aunque no muy bueno. Si eres claustrofóbico y te gustan las ventanas y privacidad del baño, este no es tu sitio. No volveré.

Habitación limpia y cama cómoda. Poca luz exterior pero solo ocuparla en la noche no fue un problema. Baño aunque moderno, complicado ya que sanitario y regadera estaban separadas y sus puertas sin parte de la habitación, no un cuarto único. Desayuno muy rico e incluido en tarifa.
