Our air conditioning was leaking and on reporting to staff we were moved immediately to a new room, even though it was 1am. Room was clean, tidy and well decorated. The review is 4 stars not 5 due to location not having any amenities nearby.

It seems more like a business hotel. But clean, friendly, helpful staff. Good for an overnight stay while traveling.

An affordable option close to Valencia city. Great for an overnight stay to see a football game and see the City. Breakfast affordable as well at 7.50 € per person. New hotel , lovely outdoor seating area and looks out on orange grove. Only issue was room was very hot and aircon did not cool very well. Overall would stay again.

Convenient and comfortable stay.

We had a very comfortable stay en route to the South of Spain. The room was large- beds were comfy and there was an amazing bathroom. Extras provided such as shower gel and combs! Large fluffy towels. We didn’t use the restaurant but there was one! Great stay and reasonable rates. Would recommend for a stop over as it is really close to the motorway.

I was looking for a hotel close to the highway to get some rest during my road trip, and I’m really glad I chose this one. The hotel was quiet, very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. What I appreciated most was the secure parking, which gave me peace of mind, especially since I was travelling by car. Overall, a great place to stop for the night, rest comfortably, and get back on the road the next morning. Highly recommended!

Check in was slow with no communication about WIFI, breakfast or knowledge about train schedule. There was no Mediterranean restaurant or bar on site. No restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable, but had only a sheet and no comforter. You couldn't regulate the temperature in the room, no air or heat. We only received one towel. No fridge in room and no free coffee. Location is a 45 min. Metro ride into the city. Breakfast was descent for the price, but should have been included in cost of room.

The morning we left for the airport, we asked for a coffee. The receptionist's answer was quite disappointing. They were closed till 8 o'clock. But all she had to do was to press a button...we didn't ask for a free coffee... The room was full of ants. The breakfast quite poor, no vegetables available.

Pillow fight with mosquitos.

The room air conditioner was not working. So I opened the window only to allow a swarm of mosquitos in the room. Closing the window, I tried the A/C, one more time. By then it was two a.m. with no sleep while I had a pillow fight with myself in a sweaty bed. The next morning I asked the desk clerk for a refund, who talked to the manager and he refused mye my refund!
