My favorite hotel in Sapporo. So conveniently located, attentive and friendly staff and comfortable room. Highly recommended!

I prefer providing new towels instead of daily cleaning. I enjoyed top floor onsen too.

Absolutely love this hotel, I would love to stay again. Room was pristine and there were so many amenities! The beds were very comfy. The public bath was very clean and nice as well. It was so relaxing staying here, hopefully we will be seeing you again! Thank you!

Staff was friendly and helpful, I appreciated the consideration of only cleaning every few days of your stay (while replacing towels and water), and the location was very convenient for the airport bus and shopping. The top floor bath and onsen is too fogged up to see from, the but the relaxation room afterwards was great for looking over Odori park.

The room was very clean, the staff were super nice during my entire stay. The hotel smelled really nice in general. There are only 2 washing machine/drying machines so you might have to wait a bit to do your laundry.

We stayed for 1 night and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had an Economy twin room, which was surprisingly large, which we loved, as we had a lot of luggage. There is a spa here that closes at 2am that people like. Unfortunately, you’re not allowed to use it if you have tattoos, so I personally could not go to it. The location is convenient, right near the clock tower and Odori park. There is also a shuttle that runs from the hotel to the New Chitose Airport, and it is only 1300 yen. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come to Sapporo.

Although 2 nights stay does not include cleaning room, enough towels and room wear were provided. Free coffee and common big bath room were well accepted. I like hotel atmosphere at libby too
