Apartment was clean and spacious. Communication however is terrible. I sent messages to the property on two separate occasions but they didn’t bother to get back to me. They didn’t send pre-check link either so I had to call a few hours before I was due to check in and they sent the link.

Management company sort out the keys, etc. Told as I haven't checked in online, despite no reminders, there was nothing they could do to help. Stuck in reception for 30 minutes whilst I spoke to someone remotely to sort. Room wasn't the cleanest and no iron in the room, despite it stating it does in the room amenities. Not ideal, when you have a business meeting the next morning. Overall, I would strongly avoid.
