10/10 Exceptional

We had an apartment for our family of four. It was very convenient, well-sized, very clean and with its own fridge which was perfect to keep drinks and small meals fresh. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We liked the place very much. Only slight restriction is the breakfast: the breakfast room is very small and occasionally overcrowded. Also the coffee was not the greatest but other than that, all you may want for a simple but complete breakfast.

10/10 Exceptional

First time visiting Korea, chose this hotel for proximity to downtown and Hanok village. Great access to two subway stations, many restaurants close by, excellent location. Helpful and friendly staff, responsive with questions when messaged through hotels.com. Unless you are using the hotel to just sleep, might be a little tight for 3 people, but this may be the norm for the area.
