Vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold på hotellet i Universa Hotel , og vi følte os virkelig godt taget imod fra start til slut. Personalet var så søde, venlige og hjælpsomme, og de var altid klar til at hjælpe, hvis vi havde brug for noget. Hotellet var meget rent og pænt. Der kom rengøring regelmæssigt, og man kunne mærke, at personalet gjorde en indsats for, at gæsterne skulle have det godt og føle sig tilpas. De var også rigtig gode til at følge op på ting, hvis man havde spørgsmål eller havde brug for hjælp. Beliggenheden var også rigtig god. Det var nemt at komme rundt, og sporvognen kørte ofte, så vi kunne nemt komme til Alicante centrum og andre steder uden problemer. Det gjorde det virkelig nemt at opleve området, især når man rejser med et barn. Vi oplevede også hotellet som meget børnevenligt, hvilket betød rigtig meget for os. Alt i alt er vi rigtig glade for vores ophold. Vi har haft nogle skønne dage, og hotellet var helt klart med til at gøre vores ferie endnu bedre. Vi vil bestemt gerne bo her igen og kan varmt anbefale stedet – især til familier med børn.

Hotel moderno, situado en zona universitaria. En mi caso estuve en la primera planta, por un lado da a una amplia avenida con bastante tráfico, quizá el otro lado que da a un parque sea algo más tranquilo, pero vamos, una buena elección en todo caso. Limpio y cómodo para estacionar cerca en la calle.
