Very clean, great wifi, well-stocked kitchen (we didn't use it though), a 3rd person could comfortably sleep in the kitchen twin bed if needed...locked garage to park car...neighborhood felt safe. Dock for boat trip tours very close...and about a 25 min walk to the center, but very pleasant walk, or can drive. There are also restaurants, convivence stores and pharmacies very close. Better than expected. Very easy to check in - received codes over email and WhatsApp. However, even after turning on the hot water heater we could never get hot water during 4 night stay.

This was not a great stay. We enjoyed the place when we first arrived, it was a decent place, art was nice, spacing worked well, and everything seemed okay. However, the room had cockroaches and bedbugs, which we discovered during the night. It became so bad that we felt unsafe staying there and had to leave in the middle of the night. When we reported this to management, instead of taking the issue seriously, they implied that we were lying. There was no concern for our safety and comfort, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the situation. Being accused of dishonesty after dealing with an infestation and providing proof was was incredible frustrating and unprofessional.
