I was super excited to stay here, and at first, the experience was great. The dome was well-equipped, clean, and nicely presented, and the views were absolutely beautiful.
However, toward the end of our stay, there was a miscommunication due to a new staff member providing incorrect information. I was also surprised to be charged for towels because of a very minimal lipstick stain. I’ve stayed at many places and have never been charged for something like that before.
One thing to keep in mind is that the walk up to the dome is very steep, so be prepared. It is also not handicap accessible.
Overall, the view was amazing, but a few service-related issues left me disappointed.
