Fantastic hotel! Rooms are very clean and very alpine chic without being kitschy. Great location to ski lifts and hike to gornegrat. A little further location from town, which it’s easy to walk there or take the local shuttle. Hotel has a shuttle for transporting you and your luggage from the train, which is super helpful. Breakfast is wonderful! Loved Zermatt. All in all a truly wonderful stay!

Wow—what can I say? This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. My wife and I highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back. The staff was exceptional and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. After our experience here, it truly made the hotel we stayed at in St. Moritz pale in comparison. If you’re looking for a place with stunning mountain views, a beautiful terrace, comfortable rooms, and a relaxing spa, this is the place to stay. After a long day of exploring, the spa was the perfect way to unwind, and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The room was clean the staff were very nice and kind. Maybe I am used to US hotel services but it felt very customized and catered to us. You can see the Matterhorn from the room if you book the mountain view room. it's mostly the top of the mountain. You can actually see it better if you walk out towards the bus station. The food was great. Really delicious. The breakfast buffet was amazing too and you can get fresh squeezed orange juice and egg dishes made to order. I highly recommend this hotel even though it's a 10-15 minute bus ride to get there. They have shuttle service from the train station on check in / check out days. On your way up to the hotel if you walk, you have a beautiful view of the Matterhorn.
