Staff at reception seems slow and confused with everything. At checkout gave me wrong receipt for not my stay and charged me wrong amount for my stay. To compensate they overcharged my colleage for his own stay after the checkout. Later they blamed me for leaving without paying. To get an inovice is amlost impossible. Staff very unhelpful.

Hotel not new. To find the wall socket I have bedside table to move aside and disconnect the lamp. Very disappointed staff at the reception. To check out me and my business college took half an hour. More, they made a lot of mistakes. Wrong bill for my college and eventually they charge my account for some ones room without my permission 2h later after check out!

Lovely town, Hotel SM has great location

Alghero is a lovely place to stay for a few days. The Hotel San Marco is in a great location. The rooms aren't great, but they are enough to relax. Better to skip breakfast. All days were the same. Scrambled eggs with powder and the coffee was tasteless. The cleanliness was of a high standard. I appreciate it. The pool was nice. The price for the service they provide should be lower.

The hotel was very dated and the apartment was unsuitable for self catering..i.e.no kettle, toaster and the electric hob had just two old style solid rings. The shower needs upgrading. It is not a 4 star hotel as per modern stsndards. Also the 'private' beach sunbeds required extra payment of €20 per day and the hotel demanded €16 per person 'tourist tax'..in CASH. Outrageous!!

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a malheureusement été marqué par plusieurs problèmes importants qui ont fortement impacté mon expérience. Dès l’arrivée, une odeur d’égouts persistante était présente dans certaines zones, ce qui donne une impression d’entretien insuffisant. Les murs étaient sales, ce qui renforce ce sentiment de manque de soin général. Dans la chambre, j’ai constaté la présence de moustiques morts qui sont restés au sol pendant quatre jours, malgré le passage de la femme de ménage. Le lit n’était pas fixé, ce qui provoquait du bruit au moindre mouvement, rendant les nuits inconfortables. L’équipement de la chambre est également très daté : TV très ancienne, frigo rouillé, et coffre‑fort inutilisable faute de piles. Un autre point gênant : il n’y avait aucun système pour indiquer “Ne pas déranger” sur la poignée, ce qui a conduit la femme de ménage à entrer le matin alors que je dormais encore. Enfin, l’absence totale d’isolation phonique fait que l’on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir et dans les chambres voisines, ce qui nuit fortement au repos. En résumé, l’hôtel nécessite une rénovation sérieuse, une meilleure hygiène, et une attention accrue au confort des clients. En l’état, je ne peux pas recommander cet établissement.

Morgenmaden var klart det største (og eneste) plus! Havde booket 3 værelser, de havde ingen da vi ankom. Efter lang tid, mens vi diskuterede i receptionen, fik de 2 aflysninger, så vi kunne få 2 værelser. Gammelt og slidt... Meget lydt og meget larm. Morgenmaden var lyspunktet.

Zimmerausstattung/Bad sehr veraltet, kein Safe im Einzelzimmer. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick waren sehr laut durch Straßenverkehr, LKW-Anlieferung und Beach-Bar. Frühstück ausreichend, aber tgl das gleiche. Das Personal war allesamt sehr nett und freundlich!! Es gab tgl frische Handtücher und Reinigung der Zimmer.

Un Hotel de cuatro pero como si fuera de 2 muy antiguo, playa privada pero no puedes ir si no pagas , limpian las habitaciones por encima , pides una sombrilla para ir a otra playa y no tienen. Las habitaciones las hacen a las 2 del mediodia, la ducha no tiene presion. Lo unico es buena localizacion

l'hotel San Marco è in una posizione splendida, su un lungomare tranquillo e poco trafficato. La spiaggia dell'hotel è perfetta, pulita, mare cristallino, piccolo bar, doccia libera. La stanza era ampia così come il bagno, i letti comodi, il piccolo balcone molto funzionale. La colazione varia e abbondante.
