A great find - within walking distance of all the Philadelphia sites. Apartment was well equipped with all mod cons - washer/dryer, dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer, coffee maker etc. Very clean property and check in was completed on line avoiding long check in queues. If I revisit Philadelphia I would definitely book sosuites.

Convenient location for our visit. Comfortable bed. Easy living in this little apartment. Bottled water was provided but could have used a few more. Coffee maker was full size and high end brand name. Coffee creamers were provided instead of powdered which is awesome to me. The view was spectacular, our unit was on the top floor snd faced all the beautiful buildings.The modern decor was what hooked me in the pictures, loved it. The traffic noise level was pretty loud but ear plugs were provided. It looks like I haven’t lost my touch in finding a perfect place to stay for a reasonable price! Book it!

First time booking here sosuite at the onyx the apartment was nice and clean when I got there checking was a breeze walkable to places good amenities like washing machine combo in the bathroom and there was a kitchen and a full size fridge tv too they had rooftop forget to check the rooftop. all in all my stay was great I couldn't pick a better place to stay in would definitely go back here on my next stay in Philly.

The room was amazing, clean spacious and had almost everything you needed. Fully equipped kitchen, living area and bedroom with an INSANE view of downtown. The whole check in and check out process was done on your phone making the process very convenient. Only complaints are that we didn’t have wash cloths in the room and the hot water in the shower ran out pretty quickly. Overall I would recommend and will come back again!

To avoid delays in entering the building, please use a credit card for the deposit in the name of the main guest. The location of this building is extremely convenient for my needs, with excellent dining options nearby, especially close to the Convention Center. Additionally, the garage next door (Broad and Vine) offers discounted prepaid parking through SpotHero. When you pick up your rental car, make sure to enter the license plate number. You can then drive directly up to the gate, which will automatically read your plate and grant you 24-hour in-and-out privileges.

My Boyfriend and I enjoyed our time at this location. It is conveniently located right off the highway, as well as right next to two parking garages. Check-in was a breeze. I will say our main grievance is the noise control. There is not a lot of insulation between the walls, so we could hear our neighbors next door during the day and the ones above us when they walked around their apartment in the middle of the night. The apartment is spacious, and the kitchen was very nice to have, especially if you plan to stay in the city for multiple days. The price was affordable compared to a lot of the hotels in the area as well.

The thermostat was not working. The apartment was very hot. The host / management was not as responsive to provide a resolution as quick as possible. Very unprofessional in my opinion. It was a hassle to check in as well. Saying “let me make sure that the apartment was cleaned” id hope it would be confirmed it was cleaning 10 minutes before my check in.
