Although there was building works going on, it didn't detract from our stay in this magnificent hotel. The staff are super friendly, helpful and efficient. Our room was luxurious and spacious with views over the city. We ate in the restaurant and the food and service was first class. Can't recommend this hotel enough with easy access to Lahambra and the city.

We loved this hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was clean. We were fortunate enough to get upgraded and enjoyed a spacious room with a lovely city view. We also enjoyed the breakfast each morning and a lovely dinner one of the nights. Unfortunately, the entrance/lobby was being renovated while we were there so we weren’t able to enjoy the entire hotel but what we did see was very beautiful with some great architectural details. We would definitely come back.

Wonderful of all aspects. We stayed three nights in the heart of real history . We experienced the aura of history alongside the warm welcome from all the palace hosts, complemented by exceptional service and supreme comfort.

Fantastic hotel with a show stopping balcony with amazing views across Granada. Staff very helpful and breakfast was amazing with wide variety of options. Room itself was a little tired (lot less wow factor than the communal areas) and no pool but main lobby and seating areas very nice. Great air conditioning which was needed!

The place was gorgeous and staff were superb. Room was clean and comfortable. We were disappointed though that the 20% off on food and beverage could not be used in the bar eating area and applied only in the main dining room.
