Check in was easy and communication smooth and quick. We were able to check in early as our rooms were ready. Admittedly the 4 flights of stairs are quite horrendous but the room is fabulous. We also felt safe leaving our large luggage downstairs as we were only using it as a single night stay over.

Disorganized Check-in Process but Great Location Once SortedCasa Savoia & Casa Jolanda Venice is currently completely unavailable due to construction, but this was never mentioned during our booking. They should update to all the booking side for this inconvenient. When we arrived, we were incredibly upset and disappointed to find a construction site with zero instructions on where to go. We actually had to involve the local police, who contacted management to find out we had been moved to an affiliated apartment.Once we finally arrived at the apartment, the stay itself was fine. The location is excellent—extremely convenient to St. Mark’s Square with plenty of shopping and restaurants within short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and nice, though you should note there is no elevator, making it a tough climb to the 3rd floor with heavy bags.Ultimately, management needs to properly inform guests about the construction and provide direct check-in instructions for their alternative properties to prevent travelers from being stranded.

The staff were excellent and the room was clean, the air conditioning absolutely brilliant and we enjoyed our stay. However, the hotel Jolanda is demolished and under reconstruction. We got quite a fright when Google pals led us to a building site. We checked the most recent email which directed us to a hotel nearby, the staff there were excellent. They asked us to follow them and we were led to an alleyway and the door of a very old building. We were handed out key and told our room was on the top floor (the attic). Five flights of Stone steps med us to a charming attic room utilising the furniture of the room depicted in on your site but definitely not the same room. We were fine with the stair climb but an older, unfit or incapacitated person would not be able for it. Would we stay there again? Yes we loved the old charm. Is it what is advertised, no! Clean, charming, great views of an old church, fully renovated bathroom and the staff are excellent.

Was unable to find the “hotel” and some waiters at a restaurant told us that it was apartments far from the Grand Canal. We could not find it at night and could not drag our bags a longer distance in the night to find it. Ended up booking another hotel.

Très bon hôtel facilement trouvable car le check in se fait dans un autre hôtel visible à 50m. Excellent emplacement à 2min à pied du grand canal et ses arrêts de vaporetto. À 5min à pied du palais des doges. Restaurants au pied de l'entrée. Grands volumes intérieurs chambre + petit salon. Petit frigo et coffre. En revanche au 2eme étage sans ascenseur + un autre étage à monter pour la chambre 615. Bien tenu avec ménage, café et thé offert. 2 climatisations dans la chambre. N'hésitez pas.

Equipe de funcionários excelente, muito prestativos. De fato a gest house não é no local que mostra nas fotos ( de frente para a laguna ), mas é bem próximo. Sobre limpeza, estava super limpo. Acho q o único ponto negativo é ausência de elevador, mas eu já sabia disso quando fui reservar. Super indicaria o local, principalmente pela localização.

電気ポットのプラグがコンセントに入らなかった。 フロントに言ったけど　見に来てくれず　別のプラグを渡されたけど　どれも合わず　フロントと自室(別棟、階段無し)の往復を何回もさせられ　結局5泊のうち3泊は電気ポットなし　最後の2日ぐらい？修理してあり　やっと使用できたけど…… 階段がないので　3階までの往復は障害者、高齢者には辛いです。 フロントは不親切です。 お部屋の中はきれいだけど　建物の入口はシーツの袋がつんであって倉庫かゴミ置き場みたいだし　階段も汚いし　照明がわかりにくい
