The tiny home we rented was perfect for a weekend getaway to the Grand Canyon! It was a great location between the Grand Canyon and Williams. We had great great viewing capabilities for both sunrise and sunset. I would definitely do it again. There are no amenities at this property but plenty of other things to do nearby.

Perfect stay for our family. I wasn’t aware how small the upstairs was and my kids are 15 and 17 and wasn’t able to stand up but we laughed about it since it was only one night. Super clean and stocked!

Nice, unique place to stay. We stayed in one of the units that sleeps 8, there were 3 of us and we were able to stretch out nicely. Great amount of space. Property was clean, very remote which we enjoyed. Only feedback I have is there was one pane of the window broken and smoke alarms were missing. Other than that, everything went smooth, we were communicated with well. We would defined stay again.

*** THE PLACE IS EXCELLENT FOR STAR GAZING. AWAY FROM ALL THE LIGHT POLLUTION AND BUSY TOWN LIFE. BUT IT IS IN THE MIDDLE OF NOTHING TOO. THE 1 MILE STRETCH TO THE POPERTY FROM THE MAIN STREET IS UNPAVED AND IF DRIVING SEDANS TAKES A TOLL ON IT. NO FRONT DESK ON SITE. This was the perfect location to visit the Grand Canyon. Close to Williams for supplies, the Grand Canyon Railway, and restaurants. If you want to drive to the Grand Canyon it's only 30 min. from there to spots like the Bright Angel Trailhead. We're a family of 6 (only one under 16), and there was enough room for everyone. Highly recommend!

The room was clean. The towel hook was hanging from the wall when we got there. The shower door didn't stay closed. Only 2 towels, and only 2 pillows given for 2 people. The air conditioner light blinked in our faces all night. The stairs were rickety and felt unsafe leading into the "tiny home." A large piece of the home was peeled off/ exposing the underside to the home. We weren't sure what animals might be hiding under there.

The house was cute and just as described. Staff and property management were amazing. Requested additional towels and blankets at 10:30 pm and they were delivered at 10:40. Our only complaint was the hot water was very limited and no water pressure to speak of. Also sofa bed was broken and tilted badly making it difficult to sleep on. No salt pepper or oil so come prepared.

Very nice accommodations considering you’re in a rural area. Clean unit, nice bed, TV with WiFi, and full bathroom are all nice. Was hoping for better views of the surrounding area as you’re essentially in a trailer park looking at the other units and/or fencing. Good proximity to the Grand Canyon if you’re looking for a place to stay for a night or two.
