Fantastic price for a long weekend. Check in was smooth, even after 5pm (we were sent very clear instructions from the host). 2 minute walk from the Yumbo. Apartment was big and spacious and very clean. No air conditioning.

Slight issue as we arrived after front desk was closed but all very quickly and efficiently delt with through WhatsApp and the issue was mine for not reading the original text properly a great well maintained complex in the heart of playa del ingles On the whole very quiet and relaxing for the week . The r op om itself was spacious and very clean, bedroom well ventalated with black out curtains as well no aircon but a standard fan supplied free Very spacious shower room with great water pressure and loads of very hot water when ever needed. Well equipped kitchen area with hob and microwave, kettle , coffee maker and full equipment for 3 people Staff were excellent helpful ( locked myself out of my room at 11.20pm and they still turned up with spare key within 10 minutes . Very clean large pool with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas cleaned daily Although right next to to the yumbo centre it was so quite and relaxing , very little street noise as well.

We had a pleasant stay there, Hotel was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and definitely willing to help if asked. Receptionist allowed us to leave our baggage for few hours (in a safe place) after checking out. Great location. Fully recommend.

Reception staff was very helpful, polite and friendly with the children. They work on Christmas and Boxing Day and offered sweets to kids. Swimming pool was nice and kids enjoyed it. We’d offered the 1st floor room and from the balcony we couldn’t able to see anything beyond the compound.

The apartment we had was basic but functional, including extra bedding if needed. The host provided clear communication via WhatsApp prior to arrival. No air conditioning which was ok for end of March but would be intolerable in the summer. Bring your own soap if there for more than a night!

War jetzt zum 2.Mal dort im Hotel. Im Nachgang fand ich die Küche sehr sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Kaum Utensilien oder Besteck oder Geschirr. Die Fenster sind alle defekt, wackeln, lassen sich nicht schliessen oder sind marode. Der Aussen-Türrahmen wackelt. Die Lage ist soweit ok. Aber alles nicht gemütlich. Einfach nur billig alles. Sonst kein Ort wo man sich länger aufhalten möchte. Für den Preis gibt es besseres. Personal war super nett. Pool war ok aber halt ohne Ausdruck und auch kein Ort wo man sich trifft oder bleiben möchte. Schade.
