Completely renovated and beautiful interior end to end. Beautiful views from the hotel, both to be enjoyed from the lobby, terrace, restaurant, bar and pool area. Food was great and the ambiance very cool. Only note is that this is not your typical “chill-spa-quiet-time” retreat, there is lounge music and the vibe is more upbeat. We loved it !

Very nice and new place, but for that price you should not have to pay extra to use the pools - it is not a spa, just pools - and crazy to have to pay extra for a proper cop of coffee at breakfast - they are trying to be more up-market than they should be... . And the pillows are thick and uncomfortable - so bring your own...

The hotel is lovely, but there is still a far way to go before the overall experience matches the professionalism and hospitality levels you would expect from a hotel branding itself as luxury and among the finest. I will direct most of my feedback directly to the hotel, which seems most fair given the recently newly opened status, but for the purpose of this review I will just say that the quality of food is not at the level you would expect from the price tag. Breakfast is great, but lunch and dinner options are very overpriced and not impressive in any way.

Synes det var rigtig flot og god morgenmad. Synes dog spa afdelingen var lidt kedelig sammenlignet med f.eks deres søster hoteller. Derudover synes vi godt det kunne være ordentlige vaskerum, som man var tvunget til at bade i inden spa området. Vi manglede til at kunne lave kaffe på værelset.

Det en pengemaskine, og er ligeglade med gæsterne.. indcheckning tog 20-30 min fordi de skal lave mersalg… for 700 ekstra kan du få havudsigt, for 299kr pr person kan du bruge poolen i et bestemt tidsrum… hvis du køber morgenmad ved indcheckning er den billigst og betaler man senere stiger den i pris og køber du den først ved morgenmaden er prisen endnu dyrer… deres fansy hvir cocktails koster 165kr så er cocktailene pre-mixed Spejle var beskidte på værelserne.. Og til dem der er rygere, så skal du ikk forvente du må ryge på altanen eller teressen du skal forlade matriklen og stå i stormvejr og ryge da det jo blæser meget ved vandet Hotellet er flot, aftensmaden var os god… Men helt sikkert ikk prisen værd… har ikke planer om og komme igen

Når man booker via hotels.com er det ikke særlig tydeligt at spa adgang ikke er inkluderet i prisen. Så når man ankommer måtte vi (som mange andre gæster i køen) tage en hurtig beslutning om hvornår man ville i spa'en - selv med 400 kr per person som ekstra-betaling får man ikke adgang til spa'en under hel opholdet, men kun i et bestemt tidsrum - så ikke noget med f.eks. at være i pool om eftermiddagen og tage i sauna efter et aften-dyp i havet. Det virker meget ufleksibelt når selling point er at man er et "resort". Maden var god - både morgenmad og aftensmad i restauranten. Men igen virker det som om der er meget fokus på mersalg - både dyr postevand til 30 kr per lille kande, og personalet som flere gange undervejs spørger om man vil have (=tilkøbe) endnu flere "sides". Indretningen er hyggelig og vi sov godt i sengen, selvom man stadig kunne høre musikken udefra ret tydeligt da vi gik i seng. Vi havde booket et værelse med balkon og havudsigt, som dog mere var sidekig end frontalt mod havet. Der er et godt havbad lige ved, og en hyggelig have med bl.a. petanque.
