Nice staff, clean room and good breakfast.
Verified review

6/10 Good

Pros: Excellent price, hot and tasty breakfast (although not many options), comfortable bed, safe location, friendly staff Cons: Tired and grungy carpet/tile/grout, mismatched sheets, pitifully lumpy and misshapen pillows A deep clean and fresh bedding would make a world of difference!

The Reception Area, the Staff, and the Dood Service Area were Excellent. My bed was comfortable. This is a very, very TIRED hotel. The carpets, the doors facing the corridors, the door trims are TIRED.

Only downfall was the hot tub was not working. Staff was so nice. Room was very clean. It’s a little outdated but when traveling who’s honestly just sitting at the hotel. Thanks for the amazing stay can’t wait till our next visit

10/10 Exceptional

Enjoyed my birthday weekend stay. Room was upgraded for free because another guest wanted to stay over so that was good. The staff was great and the process to check in was easy. The area is a little hard to find but that also means peaceful nights and days for somebody who likes to be outside. Only thing I really had issue with was the side entrance door was covered in spider webs etc and I even encountered a nice size one trying to open the door one night. But overall it was a great stay.

The rooms are clean and up to date. The staff was great. The toilets are really low but that’s about it. They are updating the room entrances to the tap so that’s nice.

Great breakfast! Clean room spacious huge tv. AC was a little weak and refrigerator wasn’t as cold as it should be. No coffeemaker in room. No comforter on bed only sheet and a lite blanket. I made my reservation weeks ahead of time and requested a first floor room and I even called them after I made the reservation to make sure they got the message. But when I arrived they said that the first floor was full. So I had to take a room on the second floor. This was my first time at this hotel and I will be going back next time. They gave me a good price through hotel.com.
