Great staff, but disappointing room experience
First of all, during my stay at the hotel, the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. They were all very friendly, kind, and always tried their best to assist me. The reason I’m giving a lower rating is because of what I experienced after using the shower in my room. Water had accumulated inside the shower cabin and leaked out into the room, leaving almost the entire floor wet. For a newly built hotel, this was a big disappointment for me even my socks on the floor got soaked.
Although the reception and maintenance team tried to help quickly, the damage had already been done. In addition, during my stay, there were about five power outages in my room, and the generator did not activate. Each outage lasted around 10 minutes at most, but it was still quite frustrating definitely not something you want to experience while staying at a hotel. These issues unfortunately affected the quality of my stay and are the reason behind my rating.
