This hotel is family run and the owners make it a great stay! It is close to the Fansipan funicular and all of the activity near the city square. Beautiful view from our balcony.

Perfect location right in the centre. Staff was friendly. However there was mould in our room on the ceilings in some corners. And the room wasn’t 100% clean. There was the odd hairs on seats, stuff still in the bins from the previous person etc. bedding was clean. Other than that location is perfect and wasn’t a bad stay

The rooms had seen better days, cracks, peeling paint and scuff marks everywhere, damage to furniture evident. No Information in English how to operate the TV, how to call room service etc Hot Water switch must be turned on for hot showers, which is normal throughout Vietnam BUT every shower l took seemed to be set on a timer as the hot ran out SO quick that l never got a long hot shower. Beds were SO hard l had to ask for additional Doona so it could be folded to sleep on. Aircon although technically working, never cooled my room. Location although amazing, and view was beautiful, was right near Sapa Central…at night there was karaoke BLARING until all hours, could not leave balcony doors open for cool air due to sound. NOT allowed to bring anyone up to your room. Doors locked after 10pm and no access…like a Dorm! Felt very restricted. Staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. Located next to a Restaurant and within walking distance to shopping and everything you could want or need.
