Very good choice in Lugo, conveniently located inside the old walls. Parking is not super close, but doable. Room was clean, spacious and with 2 bathrooms. Good breakfast option, too, from the top floor (great view of the city).

Be sure not to get stuck with a room Overlooking a dirty stairwell/under the dining room. Couldn’t open the window or curtains. Lots of hot water and friendly /helpful staff

They were very nice at check in. I had to stay in the city to see my Dr early the next morning. The hotel is no-nonsense. Nothing special but they are nice. The rooms are clean and newly refurbished. The views from the terrace are lovely. Dining options and shopping are moments away. If I needed to stay in Lugo again I would consider this hotel. I slept very well.

Excellent Stay

The Hotel is clean, our room was recently upgraded, great shower. Property is in an excellent location next to the Plaza Mayor. There is plenty of shopping and places to eat and drink. The Cathedral is only a couple of blocks away. Great area, great walled city.

The room was large, clean and spacious with two balconies. We took the chairs outside to have a drink and watch all the activity below. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good the coffee the best we had while in Spain. Great location for walking to the wall and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Lugo.

Regular visitors to Lugo

We have stayed here several times and there is a great variation in rooms. Some are very basic and minimal while some are very good with balconies etc. Luck of the draw as price does not appear to be a factor. On this visit we had one of the more basic rooms with a view of a wall whilst our friends had a lovely room with a balcony

Das Hotel besticht durch seine hervorragende Lage. In wenigen Minuten ist man an allen wichtigen Orten in der Altstadt. Zudem schätzten wir die Dachterasse im 6. Stock Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig (siehe Bild). Allgemein ist die Einrichtung aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Was uns störte, ist die fehlende Ablagefläche im Schrank (siehe Bild). Wenn man 4 Tage vor Ort ist wäre es gut wenn man nicht alle Kleider übereinander stapeln muss. Das Frühstück war reichlich aber auch hier könnte man den Frühstücksraum etwas freundlicher gestalten. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich.

En general bien muy bien ubicado en pleno casco histórico, habitación amplia y confortable. La única pega es que la terraza donde está el bar y restaurante así como donde se sirven los desayunos está encima de las habitaciones ubicadas en la planta 5. Por la noche se escucha ruido en la planta superior y por la mañana también golpes arrastre de sillas etc..

El personal muy amable y comunicativo. Pedimos hielo. Desayuno antes de la hora y nos ayudaron bastante. El problema es que no dormimos nada en absoluto primero por el aire acondicionado que no enfriaba nada y segundo el ruido en las demás habitaciones fue terrible y empezábamos el camino al día siguiente y lo iniciamos sin descanso sin dormir. Es importante que si ofrecen aire acondicionado esté bien porque si bien la mayor parte del tiempo en España hace frío. Cuando entra el calor es terrible y cuando pagas un hotel es un servicio que debe de ser extraordinario a las costumbres de la cosa y con mejora y comodidades ofrecidas cumplidas. Hasta las 2am ruidos espantosos y mucho calor.

Muy buena localización, servicio excelente, todo a mano, en el centro histórico, y tiendas para compras, comer, tapas. La habitación muy grande y limpia. Si hubiera algún pero, el hotel necesita reforma, debido al uso y tiempo del mismo.
