Great breakfast buffet. Nice bar. Excellent spa facilities with indoor pool, 50°/70°/80°/90°C sauna, Serail room, and massage. No A/C can lead to very hot room temperatures on the top floor on a hot summer day. Insufficient parking when hotel is sold out. No obvious option for overflow parking.

Schönes, ruhiges Zimmer mit Balkon, sauber und komfortabel. Besonders praktisch fand ich die Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer – gerade bei einer Geschäftsreise ein kleines, aber feines Detail. Freundlicher Service, gutes Frühstück und ein sehr schöner Wellnessbereich, in dem man nach einem langen Arbeitstag gut abschalten kann. Für Geschäftsreisen absolut empfehlenswert – ich komme gerne wieder. Kleines Manko - sofern das Hotel vol belegtl ist, kommen die Parkplätze an ihre Kapazitäten

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub. Das ist ein tolles Hotel. Der Spa Bereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen, inbesondere die verschiedenen Sauna. Frühstück war top. Abends buchbares Buffet. Abwechslungsreich, lecker, aber teuer. Ein Punkt Abzug für das harte Boxspringbett.

Für den Preis okay. Dusche im Zimmer war schon sehr beengt. Teilweise in der Dusche schon Stockflecken. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 3. Stock über dem Hoteleingang. Dort ist auch der Raucherbereich. Bei geöffnetem Fenster zieht der ganze Qualm nach oben und das Zimmer stinkt danach. Das war sehr unangenehm und sollte vom Hotel überdacht werden. Oder diese Zimmer einfach an Raucher vermieten, denen macht das vermutlich nichts aus. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt schön und das Personal sehr freundlich. Auch der Saunabereich war toll.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig am Rande der Kleinstadt Friedrichroda. Man konnte von dort schöne Wandertouren machen. Besonders gefallen haben uns das tolle Frühstück und der Wellness Bereich.
